Thus, my Tantra sessions integrate a unique combination of Hawaiian Huna, Kundalini, and Tibetan practices. My ultimate goal is to make you feel good as I support you through a series of customized rituals involving breathwork and yoga asanas, chakra balancing and guided visualization, movement and bodywork.
