As a healing practitioner of more than 8 years, my belief has always been that that massage is a shared journey, not simply a series of techniques. I love to incorporate various modalities of massage as well as Reiki and Matrix Energetics.
I seek to guide you into relaxation and unwinding into a gentle awareness of the self through breath, touch and the energies you are composed of and surrounded by.
We manifest through our thoughts and actions. What do you want to create in your life? A subtle shift in your perceptions can ease you into attainment.
The practice of becoming present with yourself, as I am with you, as we in turn are with others allows your life force to flow freely.
